Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your booking within 7 days by providing a valid reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling a booking is 3 days from the date you scheduled the services or the date a third party you appointed was set to receive the service confirmation.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us with a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7-10 days from receiving the cancellation instructions. We will use the same payment method you used for the booking, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursements.

Conditions for payment returns:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:

  • The service booking was made within the last 30 days.

  • The service has not yet commenced.

Non-refundable Services:

  • Custom market research reports or surveys tailored to your specifications.

  • Services involving rapid data collection or analysis already completed.

  • Services commenced prior to cancellation that cannot be reversed.

Cancellation Process

You are responsible for ensuring any documentation or agreements are returned or acknowledged when cancelling services. Please keep records of your cancellation request for your protection.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for services that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
